Very comfortable, secure, welcome stay.
Most secure and quiet little hotel. There is a ministry office opposite and armed police all around, so extremely secure.
A bit away from busy tourist spots, for better or worse.

Exquisite quality and service
The hotel is simply classy. You feel it from the entrance to the lobby. Personnel is highly professional and helpful. Very good breakfast, quality products. Service is excellent! Facilities are new and sparkling clean. The room is large. Garage parking (lift is used, so in case of a long car - contact reception in advance to ensure your car fits into the elevator). Gym available. Area is super safe, as nearby is the ministry of internal affairs, and the neighbourhood is watched by the police. Overall, we had a really good stay, worth the money you pay.
We liked everything and will definitely consider stay in this hotel again.

A highly recommended place to stay while in Madrid
The room design was great. The bed and the bathroom were very comfortable. The hotel was also greatly located in a quite street but within walking distance to the main museums and the center of the city.
There was no working desk in the room.

I Love The Pavillions but the receptionist very bad !! You changed the breakfast and I think before was better !!
I really like The pavillions always I’m staying there .
The receptionist - she is doing like a favor - she is doing a really bad job . Before you had great receptionist but this lady from Friday and today . She is really bad and she is not good for the Pavillions .
